How long does a typical property shoot take?
Property shoots for estate agents normally take about an hour, depending on the size of the house it may take a bit longer. For BnBs and other kinds of property shoots, it normally takes 3-4 hours.
How fast will I get my images?
Estate agents will normally receive their images via Dropbox within 24 hours due to the urgency of getting the property listed online. For other property shoots you will receive low res watermarked images for selection purposes via Dropbox. The final high res images will be ready for delivery within two to three weeks after your selections have been made.
How and in what format will my images be delivered?
Images will normally be delivered via Dropbox. Estate agents normally receive low res, web ready images. Other property shoots will get their images in both high and low res via Dropbox.
How many images will I get?
For estate agents, the amount of images will vary depending on the property. Some bedrooms may require one or two shots, while other rooms may require more shots. For other property shoots the amount of images will also vary depending on how many images you choose. I try not limit the amount of images you receive.
Can you just Photoshop that?
While Photoshop can delivery great results. Quicker turnaround of images can be obtained if you spend a bit of time before the shoot making sure things like lightbulbs are all working and as many cables are hidden.
