Mutual Heights apartment

Ilze, who owns two apartments in Cape Town city centre, got hold of me asking if I’d come and shoot both her apartments.  One in Bree Street and this double-volume, 2 bedroom apartment in Mutual Heights.  Exquisite furnishings and large floor-to-ceiling prismoid windows greet you as you enter the apartment.  

Mutual heights used to be the headquarters for Old Mutual from 1940 till about 1956, and many of the original Art Deco design details can still be seen in the apartment as well as around the building.
