Joy-Anne runs a raw juice bar at Noordhoek Farm Village called FaithJuice. She operates out of a small wooden shed, with plants growing on the ceiling and walls. A lot of Joy’s vegetables and fruits are grown locally in the veggie boxes surrounding FaithJuice. Joy also tries to get as much other fruit and veg from local farmers. All the juice pulp that gets created is turned into compost or used as worm food in worms farms. FaithJuice serves your juice in recycled glass jars which people can donate. This way FaithJuice tries to be as earth-friendly as possible eliminating the paper cup.
Along with an extensive juice and smoothie menu, FaithJuice also does 3 and 5-day juice cleanses. You can check out FaithJuices website for more information.
