The rentals department from Seeff, Southern Suburbs, who is a regular client had a new listing come up in Alphen, Constantia, just outside of Cape Town city centre.  This 4 bedroom house was exquisitely finished throughout.  To add to the magic the property had a fantastic eco pool which requires no chemicals.
