For high end properties, cell phone imagery will never do the property justice. Getting in a photographer and going the extra mile will definitely make a big difference. This means most times agents need the photos the same day. They’re more interested in getting shots of the different angles of the rooms rather than getting a mixture of room shots and details.

Due to quick turnaround it’s important that the homeowners know that the photographer’s time is limited. The more things the owner can tidy up and pack away, the more time the photographer has to shoot. You want to try and stay away from times of the day where you’re going to get harsh shadows and blown out highlights, but sometimes this is unavoidable. Early hours of the evening can make a property look inviting. If there are entertaining areas outside or a pool where you can turn the lights on, even better!
